Dishes I'm particularly interested in:<br />Tom Kha Gai chicken soup<br />Pad Khe Mao<br />Massamun curry (is there even a healthy attempt)?<br />Panang or Bangkok curries<br /><br />I know you are not Thai, nor are you a healthy food specialist (but I read Bethenny's book and all she has is Pad Thai, which my husband loves, but is not the bad-for-you Thai I crave desperately, esecially these days...)<br /><br />Anyway, there's my request.
